Plans
Cloud plans combine operational features with email and SMS allowances. Usage is metered per account, with an app-level breakdown in the dashboard. Paid accounts can enable overages. The dashboard shows the SMS rate for each country before overages are turned on. Without overages, an email or SMS request over the plan allowance is rejected with the quota_exhausted error code and is not sent.
